I think the Bachchans have good humor blessing the wedding tonight with the latest development on the Jhanvi Kapoor allegations.
The woman can't speak to save her life - lest defend her claims or even prove the same. Also known as Naina Rizvi, or even perhaps Haya Rizvi - she seems to have a case of schizophrenia or maybe even some sort of a multiple personality disorder.
Claiming continually that she's been married to Abhishek, at least in terms of him having put sindoor in her hair towards the same and that they've had numerous dates at Greenfields locked inside his black car, she seems to have the base cleared, but the details highly distorted. She cannot come up with his e-mail id, phone number or even any of his personal details to prove her closeness or at least acquaintance.
Negating the fact that she's been married before, has a 10 year old son and even that she belongs to Srinagar - she seems to convince no one but herself, with the press making a mockery of her. Cutting her wrist is just one of another filmi twists to grace a day like today. But the credit goes to her completely - she could overshadow the media coverage of Aishwarya's bridal jewellery and Abhishek's sherwani for tonight!
If nothing else, she won't be going back empty handed - she has more than 3 hours of press coverage and a lot of publicity to her credit. No one's forgetting this cheap stunt for some time to come...

I guess its not right though, since she's obviously delusional - and has some serious mental problems.
Its really like making fun of someone who doesn't even know what she's talking about!

Agree with you lime.
It was interesting to hear what she replied when they asked her why she kept saying "This isn't the BBC..."
Would have liked it if the media hadn't sensationalised the sorry tale.
I pity the girl and feel sad at the state of prime time TV today. Hoping that all that media attention doesn't encourage other young, impressionable, love-struck people to do things like this.

Dhaval & Farrukh: There was a whole 'We the People' dedicated to the hype media gives insignificant stories yesterday. They discussed Jhanvi amongst other things like Abhi-Ash wedding and Shilpa-Richard peck.
I guess the futility lies in the fact that 24 hour news channels don't have enough matter to fill themselves in - and don't really have an option but to rant relentlessly over a certain topic. Then debate, then discuss, then call doctors and experts to answer people's comments on the same.
She's sick - and its wrong for the police to arrest her only if they want to bail her out the next instant. She needs psychiatric treatment and not Zee News chasing her mom around for more of the 'scoop'.
Yes, its sad.. and then some more.

There may be some truth in Jhanvi's stories. Maybe it is not a lie. Who can vouche for Abhishek's nature before his marriage? We should not shun Jhanvi, if she has put herself through so much, it wasn't for something small. Give her a chance. For all we know, the media might turn this in favour of Abhishek, just coz he is a superstar and she is an ordinary girl. Grow up people, it's not like abhishek is a virgin!

Feel Very sorry for the girl, there must be some spark going on between the two to start the fire.
Difference is the guy is rich and famous at the expence of his father and the poor girl is meek and not so rich to take her case to court.
Put yourself in her shoes, you will have a better understanding.would you want to look like a fool in public .and risk your life.
Abhiseks concious, must be very clear and God forbidding rightious as he has gone through a lot of temples in latest marriage rituals.
If he is involved at least be a man and admit it or else let it prick his mind all his life.
no one has a right to play with anyones life. not even Jhanvi Kapoor,s
