Adam and Peeves

Bryan Adams hits Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium tonight sweeping people off their feet with some genuinely deserving hits. The immensly talented Canadian rocks till he drops and the passport to this heaven comes at an affordable Rs.750. The whole town on Delhi gets ready donning B.A. T-shirts and singing their favorite tunes which rightfully belong to their star.
So when he hits the guitar tonight and sings 'When you love someone...' as lovers hold hands and sway - I'll sit home and sulk.
Boy, am I jealous!

Why sulk, you can go too, can't you? Anyways, I'm not a big Bryan Adams fan, so won't have the time or the intrest to watse my time there.

Lime:

Umm.. no I can't. I have an accountancy practical exam coming up day after, and sure as hell can't afford to escape for a couple of hours. Also have no one who shares the same musical interests to accompany me.. *sigh*

well dont worry...its the time 4 study!...well im goin..hurraaaay

hey that 8 pm thing that happened wid me! lol..i put that on my blog..

Abhi:

atleast its happening in Delhi. :( for BBY people

Preet Chandhoke:

Well, put on his CD and get a cuppa hot coco - and work on your accountancy project :p

Hey...I went there and it was simply great. But the concert was over too early at around 9:30 pm. We were sad about that but it was really a great experience. U should have been there. But yeah...studies r more important right now.

Yeah, Me too missing the concert, The passes just slipped out of my hand. Or should I say the same reason "STUDIES", God! I have been studying all my life....when do i get of it?

We had the Rolling Stones in B'bay. You Delhi guys rarely (ever?) have a rocker there. So, enjoy as much as you can...Delhi ain't B'lore or B'bay :-)

Lime:

Shonal: I guess there is something sinister about the number 8, aint it? :P

Preet: Yea, tell me about it man. Been slogging all day over the friggin' practicals and heard my entire collection of Bryan Adams twice over. Am just dying to catch the concert on TV yet.

Kartik: Okay, you have me way jealous now1 I heard there were a lot of fans out there, eh!? Did you manage to breathe even?

Sarthak: Yea man, aren't these the things which make even studies worthwhile.. instead of just burying your glasses in an insensate book trying to understand things way beyond your mental understanding.. ugh!

Premshree: Welcome to my blog :) Why does it almost sound like an insult - Delhi ain't B'lore or B'bay... ;) I guess then the B places aren't Delhi either! Hmph :F

Ya..Lime. It was difficult to breath there especialy when it came to Summer Of '69. They were all jumping...lol.

I attended the last Bryan Adam's concert few yrs ago when he rocked the palace grounds in bangalore and this time, i m really missing the concert, wish could be there....just love BA...

Lime: Not insulting. Just cheering myself up...cos BA is not in Mumbai this time around. But, heck we had J-Tull here!!! Cool eh?

Lime:

Kartik: Yea, I can imagine - that has to be the most popular Bryan Addie number ever!

Kushagra: The only concerts I've attended have been Jagjit Singh. But then again, JS and BA are poles apart. However, this has to be one of those 'in my life' resolutions I gotta make - to attend at least 'one' BA concert.. hmm

Premshree: Just kidding around :) I hear the 'so-sorry-youre-stuck-in-delhi' comments quite often. Almost makes me feel like a half bombayite all the same. But darn cool - BA was here, so what if couldn't catch him - its moral boosting enough to find him in the city :D

oh well.. i gave u company too.. :-)..there's always a next time..

Lime:

Twilight Fairy: Welcome to the I-pity-myself club. I'm mailing you the official badge soon ;)
