Pledging Revenge

We have a teacher at school, at a very authorotative post and a very sour tounge. When she speaks, its almost like all the harsh words of the world had taken refuge in her mouth until she opened it to release them all - bombarding them on the one sitting across.
Her only interest is monetary gains, one way or the other. Her eyes seek your pockets and her mind discards your suggestions. She doesn't even teach, but alas, is still a 'teacher' in the sense of being in school roaming from one end to another, like a lion in search of a deer, just waiting to pounce and growl.
She knows nothing beyond 'tumhare maa-baap' and doesn't communicate more than abuses. One might ask why she's still in school - authority need not come always with responsibility in her case.
To top it all off, she's deaf - practically. People say its her left ear, I think its both. She never seems to understand what one is saying, and eventually bursts out saying all the unappropriate things only because she wants to hide her disabilities from the world. You say good morning, only because its formality, she wouldn't even hear that. She uses her deafness as an excuse to avoid everything she doesn't care to hear. One is so used to her screaming and disability, its almost humorous watching her bully the little ones.
After the infamous teacher's day incident at school, she's often given me all the harshness she holds within her and heard nothing in return. Only silence. I've realized she's eventually going to go ahead and abuse my entire family and I'd only be able to stand and stare at her in disbelief.
So here's a pledge. Before I officially leave school - on the day of our official farewell, I shall step into her office, look into her eyes and wish her good morning. Then I will turn around and as I exit, I will say something real mean. Almost unforgivable.
Here's hoping - she hears it...

Hmmmm well i guess she's the princy isnt she..! Well we had fun with our princy @ our times and he still remembers us...i remember this one day i was suspended when i was in the 9th grade...i was susp. for 2 days for not cleaning up my room at the hostel :O
well so what....rooms r meant to be like that..esp. mine..but its past now..

I'm fed up of these kind of teachers....who think that they can do and say anything to the students........if i get chance to meet that ****........I will kick her like Ronaldo kicks a football.....well thts funny....

And if she says anything bad to u without any cause....or anything to ur family.....never listen to it.....and just scream real hard on her.....coz when u r right.....no need to stay quiet...even if she is a teacher.

Chill Kartik, Chill! Man, these kinda teachers in Modern! Hmm...they are very irritating and I have a couple in my school too. You can't really do much. But I did. We had a huge debate in fronta the whole class, it was hardly a debate, I was more of an audience. While everyone else enjoyed the madness and giggled instead of supporting me. We grew louder, she grew louder untill the manager entered the class and called me to his office. Silence broke (it had to), never before a student of such caliber had been asked to visit the manager's office unless it was for an achivement or something. I went inside, he spoke, and so did I, and I told him my problems and he laughed out loud!!! He said "that's it?". And I said "yes Sir, that's about it". I was asked to go back to my class, and the teacher was called in his office. The whole class saying "what happened? got a TC? R u staying? what'd he say?". I didn't say a word. Well, we got the rest of the period off since the teacher and the manager were having a talk of their own. And the next day she came up to me and apologised!!!! Well she didn't say sorry, but said I over-reacted.

She's retired now, and I haven't seen her since. Story over. But I still can't forget that time.

As for your case, I think you should speak out when she says that to you. Tell her she has no right to speak about your parents or even you. If you wanna say something, make it mean and nasty and hurting. So she'll remember her whole life and tell her kids if necessary. That'll teach ger for good. Won't it?

Rohit....a similar thing happened to me...recently.... I hope u remember. I was the one who showed the guts to my class teacher. He used to give threats to students...."I will suspend u"......lol. Read it here http://www.koolkartik.com/koolblog/archives/2003/nov.htm#25

I did Kartik. We're you part of the Teachers Day madness too Lime? Wahat happened? And wouldn't this teacher get mad if she reads this? Or any other student?

lol thats crazy and funny.. we had a teacher.. who always needs very nice decipline.. whenever she comes in the class we should seat straight, and our eyes should inside the book.. and index finger of the hand should move along with the words in the book, and stuff like that, we used to call her Jhaasi kee rani, but she used to teach us very nicely, yet very strict, at that time we used to curse her.. but now realizing it.. she was like mother to us.. heh.. and abt the last day.. we did that two time, at school.. after 10th, we just blasted on one sir, that sir used to be very rude with us, all of us decided and on last day did really nasty that he would never forget, but I dont think that its gona make him any sense, becasue evey year something happens with him.. lol.. and then at 12th lastday.. we went into the office of our vice princ of college, and just scolded on her, she used to teach us Physics.. but even first vencher was not able to hear it properly.. and when we say her to volume the voice she shouts on us. and 3rd time.. just a few days back... in college, one pion used to trouble us a lot, even we do some timepass in class with chawk he comes and tells us that we will take u to the administrator and stuff like that, one day we all bitten him up.. and now we are planning to give kick to administrator, he doesnt listen to us at all, he always listen to the staff members only.. but will show him not now, but last day of the college.. also one of my classmate who is in IT.. remember that sneezing girl? she is in IT... and administrator told her to seat in our class, comp end and electronics.. and when her exams came near just 2days before they informed her.. and when that thing went to the principle, principle scolded on administrator.. lol.. we were all happy that day.. and also that girl got relief from the exams.. as they said they will help her in the exams, and she will need to give just 2 exams and that to they will help her, and rest exams in mid of jan, with help.. lol.. anyways.. school days are really gr8.

but you know one thing, If you don't have any abnormal teachers in school, school's just not fun and interesting. Won't you agree?

Abhi:

Frankly theres nothing you can do about it. I mean, there are people like that. And i think you shouldn't even discuss about it on your blog for the moment.
The thing is, I am sure there will be quite a few people who have this b*tchy attitude towards you. I have a few of them and these people are always too eager to complain. She is bound to get more rough with you if she comes to know about this post.

I have a couple of teachers that behave real bad with me. I mean for no reason whatsoever. I don't behave bad in class (among the few good people IMHO ;).), I don't b*tch about anyone, nor do i swear. All my work is complete on time. I can't understand what their problem is.

I think these people just have an attitude problem. They can't adjust to anyone picking up whatever they say in a jiffy (all of my evil teachers teach computers). I keep my mouth shut in their lecture and don't talk unless asked to. I have been given warnings of flunking etc just for talking a little bit. is that the limit or what?

I have decided that when I'll complete my engineering, I get second thoughts about this only because irrespective of what took place b/w us they are still my teachers and have taught me something or the other, I'll show them the bird. period.

I agree with Abhi. I thinkk there's a deep thing to all this abnormal behaviour of teachers. Maybe it has something to do with their childhood and their schooling days or their experiences witht heir teachers which they're letting out on us. Or some personal problem which they can't tolerate. Or they're letting down their anger on us. I think teachers too should undergo a good test before they're appointed stressing on their behaviour and relation with students. Then we won't have such problems to start off with. Yet another problem in our every-day lives filled with tons nore. What good about such a life? Everything's a problem. I'm feeling so grinchy and scroogy. Hmm..just wanna be alone for a while.

Lime:

Shonal: Nope, she ain't the princy - thats a different story altogether. I guess not cleaning a room can be justified to a certain extent - but abusing a child and his gamily for no apparent reason is totally uncalled for...!
Kartik: Wow, that'll make some scene..! You going around kicking teachers.. ;) But of course I have a bad reputation for getting back at teachers - but sometimes you don't want to say anything, because you don't want to hear whats in store for you - all the harsh things, all things which would scar you for a long time to come.. its not worth it.. just not worth it.
Rohit: Its like this - if you have a good support system within the school and other teachers who support the right thing, you can dare bare your emotions out because you know you have a strong backing. But if you know that everything is not the way it should be - and you will only end up getting yourself in deeper trouble, you can't go ahead and do as you wish. Sometimes suppression is smarter (if not better) than expression...
And yes, I would say teachers need to go through stress management and a committee should sit together and monitor the activites of all students instead of vesting all powers in the hand of a sole person who might misuse it...
Dhaval: Well you always seem to be the naughty one - getting back at teachers and classmates.. One surely can learn a tip or two from you :P
Abhi: I agree with you entirely on what you have to say. Au contraire, I am a very vocal student at school. People don't mess with me because they know they'll see the living daylights. And teachers don't mess with me, because they know I don't have much respect for what they have to say. There are only a handful of teachers I abide by and actually listen to - handful, out of a possible hundred. The problem with the faculty at my school is sheer corruption. The fact that teachers even willingly can't stand up for students because they're so pressurized.
You know when the teacher's day crap happened - I was the one to lead over 300 children. I alone stood against the principal and told her what I had in my head. And she cancelled my awards on Founder's day, including the best student for the same reason - and I ultimately challenged her and got what I deserved. I also turned down the prefectship for the school for the same reasons.
It greatly disturbs me that children are exposed to so much politics inside an educational institution. But I think its alright if I express it here - there is a slim chance of anyone catching me.. and even if they do, they asked for it.. right!

lol yeah naughty.. but not that much that u thinking, and got nice image of very studious a boy who doesnt involve in any matter.. but things were totally different, right now also.. but I am feeling gr8 that in college none knows abt me.. that I got my own company and programming stuff.. actually I like to hide my identity, don't know why?

Oh boy, emotions flowing all over the place...

Dhaval :::: Spell it correctly Dude its "Jhansi Ki Rani", and the reasom why i m correcting you is because thats my HomeTown

Lime :::: My sincere advice to you is act upon your rationality and not get driven by emotions, and i respect your decisions to get back to that damn teacher... You have been very wise to fire at him/her on the last day, but make sure that is not the last day of your schooling, but the last day at MPS, i mean make sure all your practical examination marks are posted to the Board and all your Security Money deposited/character certificate, migaration certificate are with you...else she/he can create a problem...

I m sure that you will bless him/her with memorable words of wisdom, no one gets away insulting the ones i love and same is the case with you... Go for it Girl

Lime:

First.. I have five people on this site right now!? Whoa.. when did this happen..!
Dhaval: Its best to maintain a low profile.. especially in today's world where people are just out to get you..
Kushagra: I know what you mean - but sometimes you're so frustrated, you don't have a vent out - and this seems like the only wise option. Oh well, maybe I won't do anything at all - but feels good to think about it ;) And thanks for all the sweet things you said - great boosters - both moral and emotional...

The Geek: oh sorry abt the speeling.. but always ignore my spells and grammar.. ;)
Lime: ya right abt the low profile.. and right now 6users online.

Lime:

Dhaval Yea.. I wonder who all keep visiting my site :P And never even leave a comment behind :(

Sunil:

You know, behaviour like this is infuriating and she clearly has problems of her own. In times like this you will feel that you want to do something back but, at the end of the day, she has to live with herself and her life - you will walk away from this the moment you leave school - she can't. Maybe that's why she's bitter.

It's not worth doing something mean like that - it's just not cool. If you want to do anything, play a practical joke at assembly that everyone can enjoy. When I was at school, someone arranged a stripper for the headmaster on the last day of school - that was really something.

Lime:

Sunil: Sounds divine! I agree with what you say about 'the end of the day' - and anyway, you have to move on in life. She is one of thousands just waiting to make your life miserable, and one just needs to be smart enough to understand that - not that I'm saying I'm smart ;)
Great to catch you on my blog - where did you hop in from? and is Mehra.com your domain/website?

Sunil:

Hey hey! Smart people never say they're smart ;) I coasted in last night from the Asian Blog Awards site. I'm suitably impressed.

I registered mehra.com some time ago but just use it as an email address because I've never had the time, or skills, required to do anything with it. I may be knocking on your door for some help on that! :D

Take care.

Lime:

Sunil: 'suitably impressed' - I shall take it as a compliment :D - let me know if you meant otherwise..!
Be my guest - let me know if I can be of service to your website.. what good is a domain if its not put to good use..? If nothing else, it always deserves a splash page.

Sunil:

hahaha - okay, I take it that you visited my 'site'! Being 'suitably impressed' is a huge compliment - from me anyway :D The biggest compliment I could pay you is to ask you to do my site - which I have every intention of doing. Actually, probably at least a couple of sites. Drop me an email and I'll explain one of my projects - should be fun! :D

Lime:

Sunil: Did that - check your mail...!

Sunil:

Gotcha! Check yours ...!

Kona Roy:
