Modern School is holding the Winter Carnival next month - the 21st December to be precise.
Apparently - Parikrama, Silk Route and Tant-rikz are supposed to be there to perform live for a range of audience. The last concert our school held was the Viva craze which really turned out to be too jam-packed since it was free entry.
This year however, its paid.
There are also a variety of stalls - game, display and sale - scheduled. The fest starts from 11:30am up till 10:00pm.
I am rubbing my hands together in anticipation.

Dhaval: Smart cam - yea! Will try :) Kind of tough to carry the thing around... and yea I checked out the website myself and saw 19th - but it is 21st.. perhaps they'll fix that!

Winter Carnival! Sounds like fun. I've already got invitation to 6 others. Or should I say, I had to pay damn ~200 hundren bucks to 6 ppl.I really dont understand this whole idea of fetes and winter carnivals. And that too by collecting money from us students. That's not fair. In my school, its a flat 500 bucks. Get lost. i'm not throwing my money 4 some stupid winter carnival which I hate going to.
Leaving that apart, I will be coming to yours. i have a friend in modern bkr. In xth. He's pretty famous for the stuff he does. Raghav Chadha's the name. Warning: never come across him in real life, you'll regret you did.

Yea, Rohit I've heard Modern VV is also having one - it is the season after all... I don't know who RC is - but seems like I shouldn't either :P
and Kushagra, I am not so much into rock and all - but I'm hoping it oughtta be cool all the same :)

Hmm..Winter Carnival..Well I just returned from one today..it was in "Liesure Valley" a park right in front of our college, Although the college was off...I was there to check the chicks err the crowd around... :P The theme was "Celeberating 50 years of chandigarh" and it was kinda cool, A lot of BHANGRA, and colorful dresses, and Loads and Loads of GAmes, and events..the coolest thing was that the entry was "FREE" and yeah...there was a performance from "Sukhbir"...and I missed it...

Oh free entries totally destroy! Anyone can hop in.. I think its always best to stick with paid.. at least you don't have the weird people coming in... anyway - its always great to check chicks/guys out - regardless of where the opportunity knocks :D
